Speaking and looking from a Wife's point of view, when I first seen "I got a crush on Obama" video I thought , "No Way", Is She serious?. There was a lot of questions that ran through my mind. Did she think about the children? Did she think about the wife? As a mother, I even wondered if she thought about what her mom would think? I guess it was no to all.
Then I thought about it for a moment. We all had our secret crushes at one time in our lives. She just put her thoughts on video. Back in the day we put our thoughts in a diary. If I looked at it from that point of view, I understand how she feels.
Back to the wife's point of view. At first I would say to myself "Who the hell do she think she Is?". Then I thought, I am not surprised, there are many women out in the world and street who have secret crushes on our husbands that we don't even know about. At least Mrs. Obama know to watch out for the Obama Video Girl. I would also say and think "This is a very beautiful and attractive young lady, I must have a winner as a husband". It would make me love my husband a little more passionately. I guess now I would have to go out and buy me some boyshorts :).
My final thoughts: The video was sort of tasteful except for her cheeks hanging from the boyshorts. We do have little children watching videos. The real singer had a beautiful voice. I am sure that this video will make some of the younger voters vote for Obama.
